JMS Elite Business Development Executives use exacting criteria to determine if a sales lead is qualified. While the definition of a “qualified lead” may vary from client to client, primarily the sales lead must detail a need for your product or service and the prospect will show the financial capability to purchase within a specific timeframe. The sales lead will be obtained from a discussion with a key decision maker or key evaluator and next steps will be set up for our client to further qualify the lead opportunity.

BDE’s must have a minimum of 15 years general business experience and at least three years of outbound B2B business development practice to be considered for a position with our firm. Just as our clients work to motivate and retain their sales staff, our BDE’s are well compensated and are also vested in the success of our client engagements, receiving financial incentives based on renewals and client satisfaction, true indicators of achievement.
